The Bible speaks often about God's mighty works.

Ps 145:3 Great is the LORD, and greatly to be praised; and his greatness is unsearchable.
4 One generation shall praise thy works to another, and shall declare thy mighty acts.
5 I will speak of the glorious honour of thy majesty, and of thy wondrous works.
6 And men shall speak of the might of thy terrible acts: and I will declare thy greatness.

A question may be raised. Which is the greatest work our Almighty God has done? Is it the virgin birth of our Savior? Or, the resurrection of Jesus Christ? Or, is it the parting of the Red Sea to allow the Children of Israel to escape from the Egyptians? Is it the feeding them with Manna in the wilderness? Is it the regeneration of a sinners soul to to give him the life of Christ and deliver him from the power of darkness and translate him into the kingdom orf his dear Son? I suppose we could list many more and then debate which one was/is the greatest.

I would offer a suggestion that the mightiest act our God performed was the one described in the first chapter of the Bible. Genesis 1:1 "In the beginning God created the heaven and the earth." The Hebrew language has no word for Universe, thus they said "Heaven and Earth" to descibe the cosmos. It was spoken into existence by the ETERNAL, INVISIBLE, UNCHANGEABLE, IMMORTAL, SPIRIT BEING: YHWH! God spoke it into existence from
Nothing - EX NIHILO, as it it know in Latin. There was no pre-existing material. See Hebrews 11:3; Romans 4:17.

This act of creation is spoken of by most of the Bible writers. I have tabulated many of the biblical references to creation and have a documented of these bible verses on numerous pages. Often, the prayers in the Bible make reference to God's creation. I will post these pages in the near furture for reader's reference. The following are a few more verses from Psalm 136 that make reference to creation.

Ps 136:5 To him that by wisdom made the heavens: for his mercy endureth for ever.
6 To him that stretched out the earth above the waters: for his mercy endureth for ever.
7 To him that made great lights: for his mercy endureth for ever:
8 The sun to rule by day: for his mercy endureth for ever:
9 The moon and stars to rule by night: for his mercy endureth for ever.

Oh, let us praise Him and Worship Him in heart, mind and soul.
